Refund Policy

AskHerPOV is a DBA of Bangerter Advisory Group LLC.
Throughout this Refund Policy, “AskHerPOV,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bangerter Advisory Group LLC, doing business as AskHerPOV.
At AskHerPOV, we want you to understand our refund and cancellation policies before purchasing any product or service. Because our products and services are different in nature, the applicable refund policy depends on what you purchase.
1. Digital Products and E-Books
All purchases of digital products, including e-books, templates, guides, and other downloadable materials, are final and non-refundable.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
Please review the product description and available information carefully before completing your purchase.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing a digital product you purchased, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure you receive the product you purchased.
A technical issue with delivery or access is different from a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the content and does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.
2. AskHerPOV Video Sessions
Video sessions are scheduled personal services and are subject to the cancellation and refund terms below.
Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before Your Scheduled Session
If you cancel your AskHerPOV Video Session at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Scheduled Session
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time are non-refundable because the appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may offer a rescheduling option, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your scheduled video session and do not cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time, the session is considered a missed appointment and is non-refundable.
Sessions That Have Started
Once an AskHerPOV Video Session has commenced, the session is non-refundable, regardless of the amount of time remaining in the scheduled session.
Completed video sessions are also non-refundable.
3. Message Response and Dating Profile Review Services
Message Response and Dating Profile Review services are personalized services prepared specifically for the individual customer. Because these services require time and customized work based on information submitted by the customer, they are subject to the following refund terms.
Before Work Has Begun
If you purchase a Message Response or Dating Profile Review service and request a cancellation before AskHerPOV has begun working on your submission, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Once work on your personalized service has begun, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
After Work Has Begun
Once AskHerPOV has reviewed your submitted information, begun preparing your personalized response or review, or otherwise started providing the purchased service, the service is non-refundable.
This applies even if the completed service has not yet been delivered to the customer.
Customer Information and Delays
Customers are responsible for providing the information needed to complete their personalized service. Depending on the service purchased, this may include message screenshots or text, dating profile information, photographs, or other information requested by AskHerPOV.
If a customer does not provide the required information, AskHerPOV may be unable to complete the service. Failure to provide the required information does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund once work has begun.
If additional information is reasonably necessary to complete the service, AskHerPOV may contact the customer to request it.
Nature of the Service
Message Response and Dating Profile Review services provide personalized advice, suggestions, observations, and recommendations based on the information provided by the customer.
AskHerPOV does not guarantee any particular outcome, including a response from another person, a date, a relationship, or any other personal or dating result.
The purchase of a personalized service is for the professional time and customized review provided by AskHerPOV, not for a guaranteed outcome.
Delivery of Personalized Services
Personalized services will generally be completed and delivered within the timeframe stated on the applicable service or purchase page.
Delivery times may vary when additional information is needed from the customer or when circumstances outside AskHerPOV's reasonable control affect the completion of the service.
Dissatisfaction With Recommendations
Because these services involve personalized opinions, observations, and recommendations, a customer's disagreement with or dissatisfaction with the advice provided does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund.
If you believe there is a problem with the service you received, please contact AskHerPOV so the issue can be reviewed.
4. Technical Problems With Video Sessions
If a video session cannot take place because of a significant technical problem on the AskHerPOV side, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session.
If the session cannot reasonably be rescheduled because of a technical problem caused by AskHerPOV, a refund may be provided.
Technical problems involving a customer's own internet connection, computer, phone, camera, microphone, or other equipment generally do not qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their equipment and internet connection are suitable for participating in the session.
5. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you believe you have accidentally purchased the same digital product or service more than once, please contact us promptly.
We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, may refund a duplicate charge.
6. Refunds Issued by AskHerPOV
Any refund approved under this policy will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
7. How to Request a Refund or Address a Purchase Issue
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy, or if you are experiencing a problem with a product or service you purchased, please contact AskHerPOV using the contact information provided on the website.
Please include:
Your name
The email address used for your purchase
The product or service purchased
The date of purchase
Your order or transaction information, if available
A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Exceptions
AskHerPOV reserves the right to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in circumstances not specifically addressed by this policy.
Any exception granted in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in another situation.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to This Refund Policy
AskHerPOV may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Your purchase is subject to the Refund Policy that applies at the time of your purchase.
