Message Responses and Dating Profile Reviews are digital advisory services delivered via written communication. These services are informational and educational in nature and do not constitute professional, psychological, therapeutic, or relationship counseling. All sales for these digital services are final and non‑refundable once delivered. You understand that outcomes in dating or communication cannot be guaranteed, and you are solely responsible for any actions you take based on the guidance provided.
6. AI Assistance Disclosure
Some written responses or educational materials may be prepared or assisted using artificial intelligence tools and are reviewed before delivery. They are intended solely for informational and educational purposes.
7. Electronic Communications
By using this Site, you consent to receive communications electronically regarding your purchases and services.
8. AskHerPOV Video Session Scheduling and Cancellations
Booking: All video calls must be booked and paid for in advance through our designated online scheduling system.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule or cancel a call, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
9. Refund Policy
Digital Goods: Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of digital e-books, all sales of e-books are final and non-refundable.
Video Calls: Refunds for AskHerPOV Video Sessions are only provided if cancelled within the approved timeframe outlined in Section 8. Once a video call session has commenced or been completed, it is non-refundable.
10. Payment Processing
Payments for products and services offered through AskHerPOV.com are securely processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processor. If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the associated order or service.
11. Privacy Policy
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our digital products or services, including but not limited to changes in relationship outcomes, communication results, or dating success.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bangerter Advisory Group LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our website, digital products, or live video calls. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service in question.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Bangerter Advisory Group LLC regarding your use of the Site and services, and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
20. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from these terms must be filed in the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
